Modillion Park. I walked to near playground with my children ( 9 and 6 years old). I am very disappointmented that I had to stop a dog chasing and attempting to jump on children, while the dog owner was having a picnic and later joined. If you cannot out run your dog around children area, I think dogs should be leashed. Why does city of cannning allow this to happen? Make Modillion Park children’s park, shouldn’t be a park where dogs are unleashed while there is a children’s playground. Or have signs to dog owners to leash the dogs while there are children in playground or in the park walking. I would like to go for a walk peacefully without getting initimated by dogs running and chasing my children while dog owner just presents late and states this is off leash dog area. It is very irresponsible.

I am concerned there are too many unleashed dogs while there is a playground for children. The city of canning might make this playground into just dog park. It is not okay for dogs to chase children in this park.
