The open plan living area has a stunning stone fireplace that extends all the way up to the high peaked ceiling. Situated above this working fireplace is a flatscreen TV for you to choose which to watch from the comfy 4 seater couch or the leather recliner. This room also has several leather stools, a wooden coffee table on wheels and floor rug underneath the wrought iron ceiling fan.

Because you won’t want to leave this retreat, the kitchen is a chef’s delight with the mirrored splash back and lots of bench space! The large island has a double sink, breakfast bench seating for 4 and hanging pendant drop lights. Stainless steel double door fridge with freezer drawers, pantry, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric stovetop with rangehood and a chef’s knife set is provided. Complementary tea, coffee and long-life milk provided.

The solid concrete dining table has seating for 10 beneath a stunning hanging light piece.

The Master bedroom has views of the surrounding bushland from the King bed, a ceiling fan, 2 matching wooden bedside tables with hanging pendant lighting.

The large ensuite has double sink vanities, plantation shutters and a jetted spa bath where you can watch tv from the bedroom wall! It also has a separate shower with a rain shower head, a large walk-in wardrobe, and a seated makeup table with a LED Hollywood vanity mirror.

This bedroom retreat has its own private outdoor shower oasis with a Zen water flowing fountain set amongst lush greenery.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds with bedside tables and wardrobes. Commercial quality bed and bath linen plus beach towels provided.

Take advantage of the beautiful views of the hills and city skyline direct from the pool! It is heated so it can be enjoyed all seasons and is also naturally treated. There are sun lounges and a large umbrella that can provide some shade whilst in the fenced-in area.

There are 2 separate undercover alfresco areas next to the BBQ. The first area has a solid square dining table with seating for 8 underneath the cedar wood ceiling, fan and downlights. This looks out onto the pool which lights up in the evenings and the city skyline beyond.

Complementary wood is provided for the outside firepit, so add marshmallows to your grocery list!

The second alfresco area is set against an exposed brick wall and has relaxing couches, a glass dining table with additional stool seating for 4 on wooden decking, which looks down onto the sunken fenced front lawn area and the lit-up garden area at night.

The kids will love the outdoor play area including a playground, a mud kitchen and a selection of ride-on toys and bikes provided for them to enjoy. They will also love discovering the large backyard area where they’ll find a trampoline and plenty of nature play items to explore.

The theatre room features a barn-style sliding door to enclose the room with a large comfy 7 seater couch and blackout blinds. The flat screen TVs with Netflix and Sonos surround sound system where music can be played in the Living/Alfresco/Activity rooms and Master Bedroom are all operated via iPad.

The separate games room has plenty of books, toys and space to keep the kids occupied. It also has a fold out sofa bed for an additional adult to sleep on.

The office has a solid wooden desk, comfortable chair with a lovely outlook onto lush greenery.
