A light-filled open plan living area features modern fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining and lounge area with feature open fire, large HD flats screen TV and Blue Ray player, Netflix and free wi-fi.

The living area leads to the undercover outdoor area. This is the perfect place to relax with dining setting, outdoor kitchen and rattan lounge with daybed. Polyglazed roofing allows the light in but not the weather. The added protection of bistro blinds makes it an all-year-round prospect.

The property has three large bedrooms which can sleep ten. Bed 1 has a queen bed, flat screen TV, en suite and walk-in robe. Bed 2 has been set up as a ‘kids retreat’, with two sets of bunks (one with double below), trundle bed, bean bags, flat screen TV, DVD and built-in robes. For the ‘Thomas the Tank’ fans there is a full size ‘Thomas’ table complete with trains. Bed 3 has a queen bed and built-in robes.

PLEASE NOTE: LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED however, with sufficient prior notice, bed sheets, pillow slips and towels can be organised for an additional fee.

The split system air conditioner and wood fire, coupled with the double glazed windows and underfloor insulation, ensure the perfect ambient temperature all year round. Cosy in winter and cool in summer.

The stylish main bathroom features an accessible, large step-less shower and the walk-through laundry includes washing machine. The handy external shower is perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.

Everything is provided apart from linen and firewood, so we ask our guests to bring their own linen and towels. Pillows, doonas and blankets are provided. Bags of firewood are readily available at the local Venus Bay and Tarwin Lower General Stores.

Plenty of extras provided including books, games and DVD’s.

The property is set on a fully fenced corner block making it perfect for families and provides ample off-street parking.

Animal lovers may enjoy feeding the friendly resident magpies. Keep a lookout for Eddie the Echidna who sometimes ventures by on the lookout for some tucker, or adventurous kangaroos who have been known to hop by on occasion.

Whether you want to curl up in front of the fire, spend a day on the beach, or have a quiet relax on the deck, this one’s hard to beat.
