Blue Patch” is a delightful 4-bedroom house with a large, leafy, private garden with hammock and tree swing. Ideal for children and safe and secure for dogs.

“Blue Patch” is all on one level, sleeps 8 people and has everything needed to make a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Open-plan living-room with an additional sofa-bed, a CD-player, three TV’s, 2 DVD players and a VCR.There is a wide range of DVD’s, CDs etc to suit a wide range of tastes.

There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, the third bedroom has a double bed, while the fourth has a bunk-bed, (bottom bed is a double). Pillows, doona’s, blankets are all provided. Linen and towels can be provided for a small surcharge ( $25 pp). There is also a main bathroom, including shower and bath and two separate toilets with toiletries supplied.

A modern kitchen with all culinary utensils including a microwave oven dishwasher, toaster, blender. Some basic essentials are maintained in the pantry, such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc. There is a new washing machine and a dryer in the laundry, along with cleaning supplies, if needed. A cot and hi-chair are also available on request at no extra charge. There’s a 4 burner barbecue on the verandah and deck chairs for your comfort. There is also an 8 seater outdoor dining setting, perfect for afternoon and evening gatherings amongst the trees and birds. The outdoor garage, coverted rumpus room has table tennis, darts and other indoor games.
