Lake Lodge Mansfield is for medium, large, or extra large groups wanting to enjoy Lake Eildon, go to the snow on Mount Buller, or simply wanting to relax on 19 beautiful acres in the High Country.

Lake Lodge sleeps 15 guests in the bedrooms and 4 guests in the family room – 19 guests in total.

Lake Lodge can accommodate up to 25 guests if required. There is a nightly fee for each extra guest above 19 total guests.

The nightly tariff is for the whole house: this is for up to 19 guests and includes linen and towels for all 19 guests.

Lake Lodge bedding information:
-A fully equipped 4 bedroom house with full kitchen, full laundry and 2 bathrooms.
-12 beds in the bedrooms (sleeping 15 in total) (2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 7 single beds, 2 single trundle roll-out beds).
-2 futon couch-beds in the family room (each sleeping 1 adult or 2 children – up to 4 guests in total).
-Linen (sheets, doona/blankets, pillows, pillow cases) and bath towels for every bed (including the 2 futon couch-beds).

How many nights are you wanting to stay for?
We have no minimum. Lake Lodge takes 1 night bookings and these are especially popular in the snow season, when groups tend to travel to the snow for 2 days and want accommodation for just 1 night in the middle. Lake Lodge has no minimum number of nights, except for some public holiday periods.

1, 2 and 3 night bookings are most popular in winter. In summer, 3, 4 and 5 night bookings are most popular.

Lake Lodge is 45 minutes drive to the top of Mount Buller, and only 5 minutes to the township of Mansfield. In Mansfield guests can shop at two major supermarkets, go to great local cafes and restaurants, and access utilities such as the Post Office, playgrounds and recreation parks.

Lake Lodge is 10 minutes drive to Mansfield Zoo, where you can see lion feeding, camels, monkeys, bison and more.

Lake Lodge has provided accommodation for over 3 years to medium, large and extra large groups, and has cemented its reputation as “large group luxury”. We book out public holidays and school holiday periods up to 15 months in advance, and every winter and summer we book out all weekends very quickly.

Our guests are predominantly 3 types:
1. Family groups with children (usually 2 to 5 families in each group, who are looking for a family getaway near the water or close to the snow)
2. Friendship groups (fishing groups, birthday weekends, reunions; who are looking for a private, comfortable location for a large group getaway near the water or the snow)
3. Snow groups who have a large number of people but want to stay in accommodation together, in an affordable spot where you can easily do day trips to Mount Buller.

KEY LAKE LODGE INFORMATION:

-WATERFRONT: launch your boats and jet ski’s close to the house. When the water is high this can be done right out the front! When the water is low there are multiple public boat ramps in the area.
-SUMMER HOLIDAY: relax in the sun on the verandah and have your boat/s in the water near the house, go swimming if it’s hot!
-GREAT BBQ FACILITIES: use the huge new 6 burner hooded BBQ to cook your lunch!
-WINTER SNOW HOLIDAY: take a scenic drive to Mount Buller for a day in the snow, and come home to a cosy fireplace, hot shower and heated beds! Air-dry your wet snow clothes on the clothes airers provided, and use the clothes dryer as well!
-BRING YOUR PETS: 100% pet friendly. Your dogs will be happy in the HUGE dog enclosure while you spend the day out on the water or in the snow.
-BABY FRIENDLY: cot and high-chair for baby, a second cot can be provided on request.
-CAMPING AND CARAVANS ALLOWED: caravans, campervans and camping is permitted on the property, some conditions apply so just get in touch to enquire!
-FULL KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Huge brand new BEKO fridge, second large fridge in the laundry, brand new clothes dryer and washing machine, full ironing board and iron, all kitchen appliances such as oven, stove, brand new dishwasher, microwave, big toaster, kettle, rice cooker, large electric wok, all cooking/eating/serving utensils and so on.
-FIREPLACE AND HEATING: there is a cosy, beautiful Coonara fireplace, and lots of warm heating including Noirot heaters in the bedrooms.
-AIR CONDITIONING: the house has air conditioning at the front and back of the house (living, family and kitchen zone is air-conditioned, and bedroom zone is air-conditioned from the rear master suite).

Lake Lodge truly is large group luxury in the Mansfield/Eildon/Mt Buller region. We book very quickly and dates are not reserved when you enquire; they are only held when a deposit of 50% is paid. We take Credit Card payments online for a nice quick booking process, but we do also accept bank deposit/bank transfer payments if you prefer this.
