Just an update to this comment. We contacted the owners in April 2023 and they advised they were not pet friendly and were not able to accomodate us while travelling with a small dog.

Hi,
We were on the road in our campervan with our dog, going to Adelaide. We were exhausted but it was too hot to stop and we couldn’t get into any caravan parks ( to get power for the air conditioning) as they were all full for the Easter long weekend.
So we kept on driving and had given up.
Then, we came across Ouyen Caravan Park.
They were still open at 5.15 pm.
All so easy. And pet friendly. We were hooked up in no time, resting in the air con.
The facilities were so clean. It was quiet and peaceful. An absolute life saver.
