As this appears to be a designated ‘Pet friendly, ie I presume Dog walking area, could some appropriate signs be clearly visible. This might stop people taking their dogs down to Point Walter for a walk (which is a designated A CLASS RESERVE), which they do on a daily basis -sometimes with more than one dog.
