A truly hidden gem in Brisbane inner city. I haven’t realised there was such a great vet clinic – Lutwyche Veterinary Surgery until I saw their website.

We brought our new kitten in for a health check and dental exam. I arrived a bit earlier and the staff members were really welcoming. They did a through check and made sure our new fur baby was all good and taught us how to look after a new cat and different life stages’ preventive care. They literally spent 30 mins or more for our consultation. We are going anywhere else and would highly recommend it to all our friends.

We took our boy – a little poodle to Lutwyche Vet Surgery after he had ongoing skin issues that weren’t improving elsewhere. Dr. Yuki spent time thoroughly explaining the treatment plan, and she was gentle and calm, which really helped settle our usually fidgety boy.

What stood out was how peaceful and unhurried the whole visit felt — no noisy crowded waiting rooms, no rushed consults. It gave us time to ask questions properly and feel confident about the care.

If you’re after a clinic that takes the time to understand your pet’s needs (and your worries), this is the place. It felt less like ticking boxes and more like genuine teamwork for our dog’s health.
