What can I say about this amazing park!?
Tucked away in tranquil South Ballina is a treasure of a caravan park.
Completely Dog friendly with a off leash Dog Park and accepting Dogs of all breeds and sizes.
We stayed for 4 nights and were impressed with the spotlessly clean facilities and the size of our extra large powered site. Unfortunately with the drought, everything is dry but the pool is welcoming and cool.
We enjoyed the happy hour and live music that was on Saturday evening, the $10 cocktails and $5 beers were a hit. The cocktails were tasty and well made.
The food at the cafe was very tasty and priced well. The hot chips are so good!
Don’t forget your insect repellent, as the midgees and mosquitoes are worst early morning and late afternoon.
The camp kitchen is well equipped with a extra large oven, bbqs, tv, sinks, tables, seating etc. Everything you will need to make something fabulous or catch up with friends.

If you want to drive along the beach, the exit isn’t far. A permit is not required but sadly that beach isn’t dog friendly. A dog friendly driving beach isn’t far away though, called Patches Beach. Be sure to pack your recovery gear as it is soft.

Would we stay here again? YES absolutely! We loved our stay and the facilities are great.
