Calm Waters Waterfront Cottages are 6 x 1940’s Classic Beach Style Cottages with Panoramic water views.

Prices Range from $100 to $300 per night depending on the season and cottage.

Pets are Welcome in Cottage 5 and 6.

Each cottage provides Colourful & Spacious interior/exterior living & is fully self contained:

TV, DVD, CD player, reverse cycle air con (except Cottage 6), polished floor boards kitchens / bathrooms bath, king/queen beds on 1 acre fully fenced waterfront property

On occasion the friendly Kangaroos enjoy laying under the shady trees. Feed Possums and Parrots daily.

*Once at the cottages there is NO NEED TO USE YOUR CAR to access all the towns facilities:

The area is superb and the weather is generally the same as Sydney’s.

Secure Your Booking: a deposit of 50% is required. This can be paid by Visa, Master Card or Direct Deposit in some cases,

Damages must be paid for by the occupant.

NO SMOKING inside any cottage – extra cleaning costs of minimum $100 apply if curtains and other upholstery needs to be washed or aired due to smoke smell- NO EXCEPTIONS.

No visitors may stay on site after 11pm.

Cars must be driven at walking speed entering & leaving the grounds.

It is essential upon arrival to provide drivers lic & credit card details. Please have these available on check in.
