The beach house is sheltered from the busy hub of Byron Bay but very close so that you can enjoy the tantalising array of quality restaurants, fascinating shops and the renowned Byron Bay market. It is needless to say that you will enjoy the magnificent surf beach directly in front of the house.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION :
There is a spacious north facing well appointed kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas with BBQ.
The house has 4 bedrooms – the large master is upstairs with a king bed, private recently appointed ensuite and private deck.
The adjacent bedroom on the upper level has 2 single king beds (that can be joined to make a king) with separate toilet and shower.
The second main bedroom is downstairs with double bed, outside north facing deck and a large adjacent modern bathroom.
The loft bedroom offers a place for the kids to retreat to with 2 single beds.
There are 2 separate living areas – the main with large 60 inch TV, luxurious leather couch and a pot belly fire for the cooler nights in winter. The second living area has a DVD TV and is a comfortable area for reading or playing games.
There is also a storage room adjacent the double garage where you can store your surfboards and bikes securely. There are 2 bikes for visitors to use.
No beach house is complete without an outdoor shower to use after a beach swim or surf.

The house is ‘pet friendly’ on application.
