Prime Tourist Park is family owned and managed as well as being Victoria’s first caravan park without children under 18 years of age. This peaceful caravan park offers 2 Holiday Cottages, 2 Cabins, and 2 On Site Vans that allow pets to be inside with you. In fact, Prime only accepts Cabin or Holiday Cottage accommodation reservations if a dog is part of the booking as it’s quite challenging to find pet-friendly accommodations. Prime does not believe in breed or size discrimination and pets are allowed to stay any time of the year.
Located only 300 metres from the centre of town and the footbridge to the 90 mile beach so all the attractions and features of Lakes Entrance are just a short walk away. The park is also very quiet at night since it is set back from the main highway and sheltered from the wind.
There’s even pet-friendly amenities such as their off leash dog run, coin operated dog hydrobath, dedicated dog laundry and even dog day care kennels. The dog run is securely fenced with fresh water, pooper scooper, toys, and balls for the complete enjoyment of all the furry guests. The park welcomes pets and offers pet-friendly accommodations throughout the year which includes standard and deluxe cabins with all linens included. Pet amenities include a securely fenced pet area/dog run as well as pet washing facilities.
There’s no size limits on pets but there is a 1 pet per pet-friendly cabin and pets must not be left unattended in the cabin, tethered to the outside of the cabin, or left inside a car or dog trailer. Pets are also not permitted on the couch or bed. There is also a charge of $20/per night for all cabin stays.
